I went and ran 3 miles today. Indoors around the fitness center track. I still feel that little tug in my hamstring every time I extend my leg but it's not excruciating pain. My heels still hurt when I walk around but it's not that nail-piercing pain anymore either. So anyway, I decided it was time to start running again. It's been 13 days since I last tried running. Hopefully I'll feel OK tomorrow!
